Infopro Business Solutions Co., Ltd. operates a comprehensive ERP software service business. The company recognizes and prioritizes the protection of and respect for your personal data rights. Therefore, we have established a personal data security system and standard operating procedures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, use, or modification of your data.

The company reserves the right to update or amend this privacy notice at any time. Any updates or amendments will be announced on the company's website within this privacy notice.

“Personal Data” means any information relating to an individual which enables the identification of such individual, whether directly or indirectly, but excluding information of deceased persons and anonymous data that cannot identify the data subject.

• Identifiable image information, namely still or moving images of you and/or your assets that the company may collect from CCTV cameras or cameras when accessing areas inside the office buildings or locations under the company's care, and during activities, meetings, or various seminars organized by the company.

• Sensitive personal data, such as race, religion, health data, etc. In the event that the company unintentionally receives your sensitive data and has no intention of collecting it, the company will not use your sensitive data.

• Technical information, such as usage and browsing behavior on the website. The company may use cookies as a tool to collect information, IP address, type of web browser used for access, visited web pages, visit time, websites referring to the company's website, and location data of your device while using the website, etc.

• Marketing and communication information, such as your preferences in receiving marketing information, including contact information, voice recordings in case you contact us via the Call Center or through other social media channels, etc.

• The company collects, uses, and discloses aggregate data, such as statistical or demographic data. Such aggregate data may be derived from your personal data. • In the event that the company wishes to process sensitive data, the company must obtain your consent prior to or during the collection of the data.

• You have the right to withdraw your consent, and the Company will stop processing your data as quickly as possible.

• You have the right to request access to and obtain a copy of your personal data, or to request the Company to disclose the acquisition of data for which you have not given consent, unless the Company must comply with the law or a court order, or if such access and request for a copy of personal data may adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others.

• You have the right to request the Company to correct your data to ensure it is accurate, up-to-date, complete, and not misleading.

• You have the right to receive your data, request to send or transfer the data to another data controller, or directly receive the data that the Company sends or transfers to another data controller, unless it is technically unfeasible to do so.

• You have the right to request the Company to delete, destroy, or anonymize your personal data so that it cannot identify you, in cases where such personal data is no longer necessary to be retained for the purposes, or when you withdraw your consent previously given, or exercise your right to object to processing for direct marketing and others, or when there is unlawful processing, and other cases as prescribed by law.

• You have the right to restrict the processing of your data, and the Company will stop processing such data. However, in cases where processing is no longer necessary but retaining the data remains necessary for the following reasons: 1) for the establishment, compliance, or exercise of legal claims, or 2) the data is undergoing verification of accuracy or is in the process of proving compelling legitimate grounds. In such cases, the Company will only retain the personal data as necessary.

• You have the right to object to the collection, use, or disclosure of data for purposes related to direct marketing, scientific, historical, or statistical research, unless it is for the performance of a task carried out for public interest, compelling legitimate grounds, the establishment of legal claims, compliance with, or exercise of legal claims, or defense of legal claims.

• You have the right to lodge a complaint with government authorities if you find that the Company, its employees, or contractors have violated or failed to comply with the Personal Data Protection Act.

If you wish to reject or cancel the receipt of marketing information from the company, you can notify us of your request through the channels specified in section "11. Contact Us". However, rejecting or cancelling the receipt of marketing information will not affect the provision of services to you under the agreement.

The Company implements appropriate physical, administrative, and technical procedures and safeguards to protect your personal data from loss, misuse, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

In cases where the Company engages third parties to develop and maintain systems, allocate resources or services, or provide any other services to the Company, the Company may require confidentiality agreements and/or data processing agreements in compliance with this Privacy Notice, for the benefit of securing your personal data.

The Company has established procedures to handle personal data breaches and will notify you in accordance with the law. However, despite strict data security measures, internet data transmission still has security limitations; therefore, the Company cannot guarantee the security of your personal data disclosed via internet channels.
